I am looking for a programmer who is able to create a php and Mysql site in a RTL (right to left) language (Hebrew), the site will draw data (from A Simple DB that i will provide) and will organize it into tables (in pages), selected programer should provide site design and functionality based on an existing site (pmb for details).
