We have a program that was done by a pevious programmer that still has a list of fixes that need to be done. Programmer must know Mysql database and php and have a high ranking in those areas. If works out then we will discuss retaining for future upgrades.
Other requirement is perfect communication. If we ask a question or need assistance, programmer must respond in a reasonable amount of time.
