We are looking for a php expert to code a web based php application that can be used to check bulk IP for blacklisting in real time using all known available (As www.mxtoolbox.com does)RBL URLs such as spamhaus.org. The app should have a function to send alerts to the admin email configured on the app on the IP(s) blacklisted and in which RBL it was blacklisted and if possible include direct removal link from the RBL.
