The application should choose the railways, eg telefono numbers from number 100 000 000 to number 999 999 999 (the ability to set a different scale). Content sms to all users of the same. Possibility of entering any of the content by the administrator. The application should work on free sms gateways. Alternatively, at the vet for a small fee.
