i need a simple form in 2 step:
STEP1: the userl fill the form, when the user click submit there is a check of filled fields, after the form datas get saved into a database.
The system chack the inserted email to be sure no one use the same address.
Filled datas are saved into a row oh a mysql databvse and to the user is assigned an unique ID associated with his email
The user at this time is UNCONFIRMED
The system redirect the user to a congratulation page and send ou…
