PHP & MySql Website already up and running (cars classifieds).
Current php code is written in high-school style: simple linear flow, with basic and medium knowledge.
Due to growing traffic, the website needs an upgrade.
And because several major changes are needed, I need someone that either:
A. Can slowly-slowly transform the current basic code into better one
B. Either recreate from scratch with Drupal all existing functionality
Above changes are needed so new functionality to be easy …
