Form Radio Buttons Swap Images

Hi,

I have a form that redirects to a new page that corresponds to how many characters are entered into the name field.

eg: enter the name “ANNA” and you are redirected to 4.html, or enter the name “PETER” and you are redirected to 5.html

The new page 4.html contains a table with 4

cells. Each
