I have an existing candidate database that contains 150,000 resumes in Word format.
I want to have a website that is primarily a used by recruiters and direct companies to search for candidates for their positions.
It should also have the ability to be a job board as well.
There needs to be functionality that allows the candidates to remain anonymous therefore a parsing tool will have to be integrated that will strip the resumes and leave a overview of the candidates main skills.
