1. I need bids to create a newsletter similar to the 3 newsletters already made. It would be nice if the header had a pink sunset over mountains…maybe using altered telescope silhouette. Or NOT.
The existing header is “boring”.

3. Paste photos into a newsletter format.
4. Keep the “Renting for a Better Return” Article from the first page, but move it to page 4 to replace the “Recent Happenings” box.
