I need 2 or three webpages built that will be for ipad use only and private. Project is for lead capture at exhibits.
page 1: graphics with large botton that says “Start”
page 2: Form page with company logo. Form will consiste of about 8 fields and two or three hidden fields. I will supply the raw html code for this page. You need to clean it up and put it on nice lookin page.
page 3: Thank you page which after 5 seconds loads back to page one.
