I need a plugin for wordpress. Or a different way- can be on its own domain or subdomain, that does the following:
1. Takes a request from a customer, and tracks it.
2. Hands off the request to a worker (a virtual assistant).
3. Allows several levels of support (a virtual assistant, another, and me for example).
4. Allows clients to communicate back and forth easily with my assistants, and to track it.
5. Allows me to edit and check in on what virtual assistants are doing for my clients, …
