Design HTML pages for our web-based application.
We have the content for the application already but we want a designer to put it all into well-designed user interface and produce HTML pages.
We also need all the HTML pages also converted to aspx pages so we can use them immediately. Please budget and bid to provide 20 pages (excluding pop ups that will also be needed)
