Need a 100% browser compatible solution to display an animated image while page loads, then cut image off after the page has loaded.
Attached is the image to use.
Requirements:
(1) This solution MUST work with IE 7+, Firefox 3+, Chrome, Opera, Safari Mac, and Safari Windows.
(2) The code that starts the animated gif must be able to be located anywhere on a page. For example, it will be located below the primary top level menu navigation.
