I have been working with programmers from India with time difference issues. A friend recommended this site. I am looking for someone who has great experience with building smartphone applications. This particular application will use gps, a price comparison software, and other features. The goal of this app is to save consumers money while shopping. I am happy to go into further detail with a signed confidentiality agreement. I would like to begin beta testing in late 2012.
