I have a fully layered PSD file of the earth global map.
I want the map to highlight certain countries that my company has presence at. When clicked on those countries they will see a small overlay window that will contain a few words of contact information and a link.
If someone hovers over a country that WE DONT have presence then the country will display a different overlay window with details about how to contact us.
