I need the following:
1) Navigation buttons created EXACTLY like the one attached.
2) Sliced and coded in css
3) Rollover effect
– Active (highlighted in blue)
– On mousover, nav tab turns blue, and pops up slightly (only pops up slightly when an active tab is rolled over)
– On mouseout, nav turns back to normal
4) Blue background must stretch out on the right side of the page 100%
5) Text Links on each menu
6) Drop down menu that opens. Please use ul and li tags for this
