I need a simple but secure upload form/script for performers on my adult website. The form will be used to upload photopgraphic ID’s.
I need the script to only allow the uploads of jpgs, gif’s and png files.
I would like the uploaded image file to be stored in the mysql database so the ID’s could never be accessed without a connection to the database itself.
All upload errors should be reported to the page with the form on it if the upload was unsuccessful.
