I am looking for a team to complete the project we started based on PHP Zend Framework.
1/3 of the project is complete. The project is to build the web site with the journals. The journals display and management section is complete, we need 2 sections to do, 1 is a subscription management of customers and second one is a comprehensive on-line assessment.
