Freelancer will register for free for the first year of the site.
only professional Freelancer From US will be able to signup.
after time we will make it worldwide, but for now it will only be in US and Ruperto Rico.
What i mean by Professional Freelancer Is People that work in Construction company’s and the company act like the middle man….
