I am looking for someone to make a simple php and mysql website that will send out mass text messaging. here is the catch it will be sending from
a random 10 digit number with a random carrier ever message it sends out, and it will only be sending messages to 86677
if this cannot be done with php and mysql maybe it can be done with an android application.
