We only require experienced programmers who are skilled in vbulletin
We have an exisiting forum database that we want to be copied over to the new forum that has no database at all, we want all the users and their details to be cloned over to the new forum
We have a new license for the vbulletin for the new forum and domain that has been registered adn would want the new forum to be customised to our needs
