Convert graphic design of website into a fully functional WordPress Theme.
The job will entail:
1. Creating necessary files (css, php, html,images,etc) for the theme
2. Ensuring that code is free of errors and validates
3. Ensuring that all elements of the theme look and behave is intended by the design
4. Provide required back-end control for theme
