Digitally Recreate This Symbol

Hello,

Please see the attached image. It is a drawing that I would like to have created as a digital graphic.

I would like logical color added to this – the elements contained area as follows:
1) A chain being broken
2) A brick wall that is cracked
3) Chizzled numbers in wall ( adjust to 13.4 )
4) Scroll
5) NCNB Scroll text
