I have a landing page that was done in PSD. Can you convert a simple 800 x 600 psd to an html affiliate landing page? It is very simple and has: 2 graphic logos, 2 instances of text which must be images (as are browser non-compliant), some text as a paragraph with heading, and some instances of single line text?
