We have a jpeg image. We need the jpeg image replicated into a gif image & need the following effect.
EFFECT – We need to have an oval shaped round border around the fish image. We need to have the logo border shining & blinking like a star. It should say Welcome to Fish on the top of the fish & below the gold border & it should say “Click here” (blinking) below the fish & above the border in a rounded manner.
We would need the psd & completed gif of the work before we release payment.
