I need someone to refactor and improve the plugin at http://code.google.com/p/bubbletip/ as it is no longer maintained (last updated on 2010-03-15).
The main change I would like added is the ability to open/close the bubble tip by explicitly by calling $(‘selector’).close() and $(‘selector’).open(). Currently you can only create and remove the bubbletip.
