I need a good wordpress programmer to build the following site on a wordpress CMS:
The project description:
1. A WordPress site based on the attached design (I will provide PSD). Its in Hebrew (right to left).
2. Nivo Slider images that can be change through admin + text in div.
3. Scloling news (on the “sidebar”) should be editable through admin.
5. Contact on each page that can be editable through admin.
6. Top menu with drop-down
7. side menu.
8. footer.
