My webpage (ticatering.com) wont allow checkout when a coupon is being used. If the balance is zero, it still tries to go to pay pal and gives the following messages:
1.Invalid Credit Card Number or Credit Card Verification Code.
2.Error: Invalid Credit Card Number or Credit Card Verification Code.
