I have a psd file (a flyer) that I need to convert to 100% HTML and create hyperlinks to some texts on the flyer for. I need someone to work on this immediately and it should cost no more than $10. Interested peeps should be ready to do the job immediately and should send samples of psd and/or html jobs done.
