Looking at making an ad sever
Need to have it so that advertisers can signup, create ads, manage ads and manage billing information.
The billing will be used with two types of payments systems which advertisers can choose from:
– prepay with paypal
– auto billing with authorize.net (so would need to be setup for ssl)
Ads will be bid per action, so advertisers can bid per action and also see the top 5 bids to beat.
Then also a admin panel which can manage ads, users and settings.
