I have a basic image that was taken from a tattoo design.
I need someone to basically recreate the image in larger/scalable/vector format.
Designer also needs to make minor changes to it so that newly created image will be ‘original’ and not infringing on any copyrights.
Image should also be created in 2 formats:
1. For Dark Backgrounds
2. For Light Backgrouns
PMB for actual image.
Looking for quality work in fastest time.
