I need someone who has built many mobile sites using various WordPress themes. You will obviously have some graphic design ability to replicate the look and feel of the current site. The new mobile site will be hosted at a .mobi TLD domain.
You will also need to understand English fluently as you will need to copy the most important features of the current site pages and replicate them to look and work perfectly in the mobile format. They obviously must make sense.
