Need an application which should run both Windows and MAC operating system which runs from Flash/USB drive. There will be images under different categories and each images will be associated with tags. Users can search images using category/tags then they can view the thumb images, If they like the images then select the images and save to local computer.
unsure of cost so just selected a price for now, full testing will need to be completed before payment is released
