The ScriptLance API needs to be converted from Perl to PHP. The chosen programmer was unable to finish. Most of the global subroutines and 6 of 7 modules are done. I would say 70-80% is complete. The outputting to XML/JSON still needs to be fixed, project_search module needs to be finished, and code optimized and tested.
