You should only work for Part B of the project!!!!!!! (see attached pdf file)
A user registers, configures and manages some configuration. Should be done in PHP and plain HTML with div for CSS layout. A very basic CSS layout is required but the design will be made by a professional designer. It is your job to make the site CSS friendly so that the designer can grab the work and setup CSS and images.
Look at the attached file. You should only work for Part B of the project!!!!!
