We are looking for a provider who can create an Online consulting site similar to www.liveperson.com/experts. The site will allow costumer to be payed on a pay per minute basis when they communicate (chat, audio, video) to our experts. I will need to allow customers to be charged on a set fee basis and a pay per minute basis.
Customers should be able to have the exactly same functionalities like liveperson web site.
