I would like to create an app for a popular IT exam which candidates can use on iphone, ipad or android. Details are in attached doc. This app should have a professional look and feel – similar to that which the user would get if he were practising for exam on a PC or laptop. For the successful bid, I can provide the developer temporary access to pc software – which will contain all the questions and answers and allow the developer to have an idea of what is required.
