I am looking for a serious programmer that can take a photoshop file that I have created and make it in to an oscommerce template, not 2.2 I need it to be in the new osc 2.3.1.
Please also looking for a programmer that understands english very good and can write it correctly also.
Please do not waste my time if you can not do this also I am not paying no more then $40 USD For someone to do this.
