I need to get a basic WePay payment gateway integrated with the supporter plugin.

Basically, the user has to be able to:
1. Click on a “pay now” type button and go to WePay to make a payment.
2. Process the WePay Instant Payment Notification (IPN) and credit the user as Paid.
3. Return to the original website and continue.
The Admin must be able to set basic features like:
1. wepay payment status: Live, Test, Off …
