Basically you will receive an order from me via email. It will usually be in .pdf format. It will be hand written (a sample copy is attached). These orders come from a voicemail. Our clients place the order to us, we call to obtain the pricing from the vendor, add an administration fee and submit the invoice to be paid by our client.
