We have a webmail service where people can sign up for an email address at ourdomain and use it almost like a gmail account.
Since some time this week users can log in to their email accounts but when they want to open or reply to an email they get this error message:
‘An Error has occured. You are not authorised to perform this action’
No settings were changed on our side unless someone hacked into the admin area and made changes to the settings. We need someone to fix this now please….
