I need a site designer for the following domain.

You can use the basic color scheme and background on the site now. I want this site to be VERY modern in operation, look and feel.
If the designer does well, they will get the next 5 cities I’m doing this for. Do not bid or post unless you are a serious designer with experience and a portfolio.
Objective – Restaurants and business will be advertising on this site, so they need to have a members area where they can post to the calendar, to the photo galleries and edit their profile page under restaurants. I’m charging each business a monthly fee to be a member of this site based on traffic.

About Us – Calendar – Restaurants – Shopping – City Info – Photos/Videos
About us will be the main page. I will have a brief paragraph explaining this site. Need room for my opt in newsletter form.
Calendar – a full calendar that that will list events for the city and anyone that has an account. I want account holders to have the ability to post their events. Each event will have a small logo for that account holder so that when you look at the calendar, it has logo’s of the different restaurants and shopping. When someone clicks on the logo, a window opens with all the details of the event.
Restaurants –
I want it to operate similar to this.

I want a list of all the restaurants with their logo. AGain, when you click on the logo, a window opens up and all restaurant info is shown.
Shopping –
Same as restaurants
City Info –
This will be a general page with info from the city.
Photos/Videos
I want to be able to put up galleries from events at the local restaurants, city events and so on.
