It is about marketing, means products and services from other merchants shall be listed on the site for ordering and for paying. The customers get rewarded for ordering / paying through this site like on www.ebates.com.
The difference between www.ebatest.com and the site to create is that the users are shall not be forwarded to the merchant site, they shall be able to order and to pay the products or services directly from the site. Something like www.grubhub.com but for a broader range of products / services.
The merchants shall be able to include and update their price lists, product / service images, a short and a long product / service description to the site through upload. Every product / service shall have its own reward point ammount listed.
