Job Description
– Upgrade an existing word press plug-in
– develop minor add-ons to the plug in
– make the plug-in remote controllable via REST/ JSON
– Plugin must interact with installed users local mySQL
– Plugin will parse and post XML Data Feeds
– Plugin will leverage xml-rpc
– Plugin will need to use REST API’s / PHP to connect to other sites published API’s

There is a substantial workload for the long term for the right candidate who is self motivated – self directed and at the top of their game. Its not just a plugin – its more like a complete multi phased application developed on top of the wordpress engine.
If you are not proficient in WP – PHP – REST API’s and the basics of XML parsing – this is NOT a project to try and learn on the job. Show up ready to put those mastered skills to work from day one.
