I need a joomla project manager to work well with joomla and work as under:
1. It should be able to allow admin to assign projects to freelancers.
2. It should allow automatic crediting of freelancer earnings once the project is completed.
3. It should allow negative earnings when a project is tagged as low quality, late, and plagiarized.
4. projects should be tagged as either urgent, critical or high value.
5. The freelancers should be able to request payment through paypal, moneybookers, alert-pay and wire transfer.
If you can search online for one, get it and modify it to match my requirements, then that will be fine.
I am willing to pay handsomely if my requirements are met.
I will also pay more in case I need any amendments.
