Iphone App Similiar To Alarm On Iphone

Select Date of Alarm
Select Name of Alarm ( This causes a Popup )

I am adding an additional feature

Add Image – When Alarm Rings image will popup.

Please download iphone default clock app.

I don’t need the clock just the ALARM’s you can set.
