I need a website created which should be fairly basic. Pretty much a user logs in and creates a question. Answers available are going to be the same for all questions created, so the user does not have to customize it. A short website address is created for the question. Users can also go to the website and just answer questions. After each questions answered, they are moved to the next question, similar to http://hotornot.com/. Underneath each question will be a random selected list of 5 questions that people can click on to go to instead. There should also be a skip button on the page. Basic design work is needed only, such as on http://hotornot.com/. Users should NOT need to create an account. Questions should automatically be deleted after 14 days of inactivity.
