I would like to have my real estate website remodelled.Below are the alterations i need.
1.Adjusted header (visit dogbreeds.ama-nerd.com).Should have call to action(submit property) link,sign in,sign up link,
2.rating of agents
3.more search criteria i.e city,state,local government area.
3. include ‘’shortlet” in rent and sale section.
4.upload of multiple images at a time
5.quick viewing of images
6.upload of scanned docs e.g business license
7.no of views for listing & blog post
8.comment-recent post-tags box i.e 3-in-1 (visit dogbreeds.ama-nerd.com)
9.top agents based on comments/ranking/testimonials
10.increase feature listings to 10 and replace thumbnails with bullets
11.search tab for beaverealty i.e in the home page header
12.pre-screening of listings before approval and payment i.e listings must meet a set of criteria before approval
13.A seperate page for directory listing where each merchant/retailer can upload e-flyers for their product( e.g amazon kindle ebook section) including business details like name,address,url etc
14.For the blog section,i want a crisp blog layout like this.
