Create order form (name, email, templates, urls, keywords). After submit order it should save name, email in newsletter subscriber and
all details in order table. It send email with details and redirects to paypal subscription page.
In the site, we have 2 groups and 7 different plans. 1st group have 3 plan and 2nd group have 4 plan. The order form fields(templates, urls, keywords)
should be change in numbers according to the plan. (Ex plan 1 have 3 urls and 3 kewyords and no templates). Also subscription period
will be change as per plan choosing.
so, task is just simple create form and save database and redirect paypal page.
