I have two sides to this work:
1. A new Flash Website.
2. The Management of my current Website.
– The main factor of this work is flexibility to work on the project until it is perfect, which means it needs to be worked on until I am happy with the work being perfect, which means a few revisions. From this I usually pay a bonus.
I usually pay a Bonus to the people who work for me, as the work is normally worked on until it is perfect. Once perfect, then the work is finalised. Only serious experienced and professional designers only who are willing to be dedicated to my work, as half way through the project I can’t have any difficulties with work. Payments will be split, as when each stage of the website is complete, I will pay. For example, if it was 500 dollar project, it will be 5 payments of 100 dollars, for each time a major stage is complete.
1. The New Flash Website:
I need a professional Flash based freelance designer to design a new Flash website. The site:
– Will need to be designed professionally and attractive, in a organised and well structured manner.
– Will contain a lot of text, and high quality images. (XML is required so I can edit the text).
– Be Creative and Professional with including: Flash Banners, and Graphic and Designs (That need to be designed to).
– I will provide all resource such as Ideas, designs, layouts, and what fonts/colours/concepts to use.
The designer must be/have/do:
– Professional, Organised, Can communicate fast and quick.
– Flexible: The work that I set, I tend to try and test, place things on trial and analyse to see if it is correct or professional, therefore the designer must be flexible on knowing certain things at times can be changed until PERFECT.
– NOT be tied down with other high demanded work. I find it hard to work with designer who have several other projects to do, as they cut down on work to do the other, and struggle to meet deadlines.
– Start as soon as possible.
– Be commmited, otherwise this work will not go well if there is lack in communication and dedication.
– On a daily basis, upload all of the .FLA source files to a folder on the server so it is easily accessible.
– Do the work I state, and not go off track with own work or do things differently.
2. The Management of my current Website
I already have a website that will need slight updates throughout the course as the Flash website is being done, this includes small image/layout changes. Simple job for any Flash designer. So as the Flash website is being done, the main site will need slight updates. The main site is in Flash to.
